STRONG & SWEATY CLASSES

Our progressive strength training program is specifically designed to provide a full body workout focused on building strength & athleticism. Classes are designed for all levels, with more advanced athletes moving faster or lifting heavier weight while adhering to the same training program as those with less experience. Small groups allow lots of personal attention from our team of experienced coaches.

Our training runs in 5 week blocks. We vary intensity and volume across these blocks, as all training is focused on progressing members into their max effort in 3 main lifts: Squat, Bench and Deadlift.

Each day of training specifies upper body, lower body, or butts and guts (glutes and abs); broken down into 3 or 4 parts (A,B,C,D) aimed at progressing one or more of the main lifts.

    The 'Rodeo' is the fun part, it's tough, rugged & it's got great energy. The 'Athletic' is for how physically strong, fit and active you will become, and the ‘club’ is for the community. We are a family owned business and we aim to extend that feeling towards everyone who enters our doors. This is a safe and inclusive space for all humans & we hope you will find your people here.

You know your classmates and your coach, and they know you, creating a strong support structure in every training session.
